A little more room to create.
A photo and video editor built around on-device, non-destructive editing. Original files stay intact while an editable document carries the changes.
I’m Mehmet Gül. I explore what’s possible when product thinking, careful engineering, and AI-assisted development work together.
Explore the work ↘From creative tools to everyday utilities, each project starts with a real problem and grows through deliberate iteration. These projects have not been publicly released; some have been privately deployed or uploaded for TestFlight testing.

How I build ↗Codex is part of a collaborative toolkit. These examples describe specific contributions and distinguish recorded results from fresh tests.
CursorPulse encountered an iOS launch crash. With Codex, the work traced the failure to the native scene lifecycle, implemented a repair, and recorded simulator and TestFlight evidence. Physical-device confirmation remains open.
A shared framework keeps current task state, handoffs, ownership, and evidence discoverable across coding agents. Codex contributed integration work on checks for stale evidence, dependency intelligence, and release verification.
Historical results, not tests rerun for this website. The framework is a review aid, not an absolute security boundary.
Codex helped establish reusable store screenshot production and verification tooling. A later KegelFlow run informed further improvements by another agent, including localization review and device-specific checks.
Learning by building—and making each project a foundation for the next.
My journey started with GymMeals, an AI-assisted nutrition and fitness application I developed by orchestrating coding agents rather than following a traditional software engineering path. An early implementation explored Gemini-powered meal-image analysis using React Native and Expo.
GymMeals was submitted to the Gemini 3 Hackathon, presented by Google and managed by Devpost. What began as one app evolved into hands-on work across native iOS development, web applications, developer tooling, and reusable engineering systems.
Today I focus on product decisions, coordinating agents, validating results, and making AI-assisted software development more reliable and accessible to developers, product managers, and independent builders.
View my first project on Devpost ↗The linked Devpost presentation is a historical project page.AI makes iteration faster. A clear product goal and honest verification give that speed a purpose.
Define the user journey, constraints, and the smallest useful product before expanding the feature set.
Use coding agents as collaborators, with clear scope, shared context, and human decisions where they matter.
Review changes, test meaningful paths, preserve evidence, and keep uncertainty visible.
Carry lessons across projects, refine reusable tools, and iterate from actual results.
I’m Mehmet Gül, an independent product builder working across iOS applications, web tools, and AI-assisted engineering. I care about turning ambitious ideas into useful software—and building the process around them with the same intention.
My work brings product thinking, design, and multiple coding agents together. I’m interested in making the practice more approachable while staying honest about what has been built, tested, and still needs work.
